In 2006, I (Neal Thomas) started working as a Real Estate Broker with ZipRealty. Angela Thomas joined me in 2010. Since that time Angela and I have used our knowledge of local markets to helped hundreds of home owners buy and sell homes in seven different counties including; King county, Kitsap County, Pierce county, Thurston county, Lewis County, Mason county and Grays County. We also used our experience to help buyers and sellers with all kinds of home sales including; Short Sales, Bank Owned (REO), USDA, FHA Rehab (203K), VA Owned Properties and Conventional Home Sales. The home owners we have worked with come from all backgrounds and vary from the first time home buyer to home investor as well as the most experienced home seller and from the lowest end of the market to the highest end of the market.
In 2014 we moved to Best Choice Realty as independent contractors where Angela and I have built a business with the purpose of serving our fellow citizens in obtaining their American Dream of home ownership. While we do this for compensation, our first priority is and will always be the needs of our clients. This commitment has earned the trust and respect from past client’s resulting in a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars with many returning to seek our help again.
At the center of our business is Dependable Realty NorthWest our Team/company/name for our website. It has become a powerful tool for both buyers and sellers looking for the information needed to make an informed decision in the Real Estate market here in Western Washington but where we really shine is in our first hand professional and personal service. We use our knowledge, experience, dedication, great communication, advanced negotiating skills and honesty to meet our client’s goals.
Angela and I met while I was serving in the U.S. Army at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii and Angela worked as a customer service manager. We both shared a passion for Scuba Diving and became good friends. In 2000 that friendship turned to love and we were married. In 2004 after twenty years as an Army Ranger I retired. We spent the next year just north of New Orleans as I worked off shore as a commercial Diver in the Gulf of Mexico. After a year of denying my age, and a run in with Hurricane Katrina, we moved back to Yelm Washington.
